I've got a JVD HD-ILA, which is their version of Liquid Crystal on Silicon.
I love it, there are three LCoS chips (red, green & blue) so no color wheel like DLP.
Like LCD and DLP, no burn-in issues at all.
Seems to be rated pretty well compared to other technologies.
Sony had a $15K three-chip LCoS set for a while, I believe they have one that is somewhat cheaper now as well.
