Yeah, the LX25 is a good all-around tire, and based on the isolation layer in it, should be rather quiet, even the LX20 was pretty quiet without said layer.

You may consider Altimax RT43
The only downside I noticed on mine was a bit of low-speed as well as hard cornering noise. It was in the form of low tread growl, and only on those occasions (parking lots and hard corners). Otherwise, very well mannered, and excellent in all conditions I put it through, including a few tiny patches of snow, although the season had ended by the time I put them on.

They're really that good? I saw the tire rack test stuff, and the price for them seemed too good to be true for what they were saying lol!

I found them very impressive, honestly. Dry traction was what I'd call "typical", but wet traction was stoopid. I slammed the brakes as hard as I could from 50mph, and barely got any ABS pulse in the rain on asphalt roads. They wore at a rate of about 1-2/32 every 7500 miles. They were pretty quiet unless you cornered hard (growl), or were going through a parkinglot (
I'm uploading a demo of the wet traction now to YT for you.

Would you rather have a lighter tire with soft sidewalls that sags or heavier tire with strong sidewalls thats rides stiff?

Considering you have low profiles series like 30 - 35s.

Weight of the tire does not indicate strenght of the sidewalls. Or Bridgestone is using rudimentary materials compared to competition.

So, if you had a choice between Primacy MXM4 and Turanza QuietTrack, which would you choose? Which would be better for people in East Coast?

I would always go with Michelin if All Season or performance tire is at question compared to Bridgestone. What car?

The Turanza Quiet Track is too new to have enough a sample for opinions on the tire. TireRack hasn't put them through its paces yet.

What would be better in the East Coast?

Ideally, you would run one of the quiet all-season tires in the 3-seasons and a winter tire in the winter for NJ winters.

Yea-but the Premiers are supposed to last the length of their tread warranty....until they don't. That's been mentioned on here more than once.

They are Michelins, so they are supposed to last the length of their tread warranty....until they dry rot out.

And when that happens?

Then you buy new tires or wait until the tire fails under reduced structural integrity of the rubber.

BTW, according to TireRack specs, the Primacy MXM4's weighs more than the comparable Turanza Quiet Track, so it sounds like you would run the Bridgestones based on your previous post.

Maybe Bridgestone figured out they need to limit weight. As far as I know Quite track is brand new model, and Primacy MXM4 has some years behind. But no, that is not only reason why I would run Michelin and not Bridgestone.
Edit: 235/50 R18 for my Tiguan, both tires are same weight. Good rpogres on Bridgestone. Their new model is same weight as Michelin"s model almost decade old.

If anything, the Bridgestone will wear quicker than the Michelin, or you might need to replace them early due to road noise/traction. Bridgestone can make a good tire that doesn't wear long(Potenza RE760, 90x and S-0x series) or lasts long but doesn't age well(Turanza EL/Ecopia series).

2018 Camry XSE with factory 19" wheels. I am concern with light snow and wet traction. also, stronger sidewall is preffered plus low road noise.

I am on the fence between the MXM4 & the new technology Turanza QuietTrack.

Btw, what makes you think the new technology from the QuietTrack has rudimentary materials compared to the MXM4?

I know ideally winter tire is better. But I'm trying to look for a decent all season tires that can handle light snow and rain with strong side walls. Tire size is 235/40/19 from factory.

I am not planning to switch wheels either.

Not for 235/40/19

Michelin since PSS is moving to all models with kevlar construction. I yet to drive Bridgestone tire (and I ahd quite a lot of their models) that does not "weigh" more in driving. As UG_Passat said, these seem on lighter side for a Birdgestone tire, if you look at their Potenza line up, you will see that depending on size, they are usually 2-5lbs heavier than comparable Michelin.
As for all season in light snow? I always have two sets of tires, but I did try Bridgestone Duale H/L in snow (just to see) and Drive Guard I have on Sienna, and they are absolute POS in snow. I have on wife's car Continental DWS for summer and fall, and tried them in snow, and they behave much better than Bridgestone. I personally would not bet on bridgstone all season for any meaningful snow performance. I would say Continental is probably best bet of these top tier tires. But Continetal is not available in Costco.

They don't make the Primacy Tour in that application? To me, a Camry is more of a Premier A/S candidate, it will be a upgrade over the OEM Bridgestone/Firestone fitment on it. If you want a stiff sidewall, Pilot Sport A/S 3+.

The QuietTrack is probably meant to compete against the Premier A/S and the OEM foam-clad tires Tesla and GM are installing.

Where did you source this?

Tire size is 235/40/19. The QuietTrack is 3 lbs heavier than the MXM4.

With Continental, the sidewalls are soft and they have road noise problems.

And yes, I am getting the tires from Costco. And I have the I boiled down the choices with the Turanza QuietTrack or the Primacy MXM4.

According to the tirerack reviews, the MXM4 does not have good wet traction/light snow.

The tire size is 235/40/19. So its either MXM4 or the QuietTrack.
