Specs have changed a lot, and I'm not sure for the better:

Oil is a lot thicker at all temps, and the ccs and MRV numbers for cold weather don't look very good - when was the last time you saw an oil with an MRV value over 30,000? Most are in the 15,000-23,000 range.
