Brand matching

Yes, weird.

Air filter - usually OEM except truck has an AFE drop-in filter as part of the replaced intake tube system
Cabin filter - something something off Amazon with charcoal
Oil filter - Fram Ultra

Why does that matter?
Quality at the lowest price should be the objective.
If they end up being the same brand, fine.
The vehicle couldn't care less if they match.

Does anyone else need to have all their filters matching? Meaning the oil filter, air filter and cabin filter all need to be the same brand? Or am I just a weird f@$k? What brands do you use for oil filter, air and cabin?

I use either Mopar or Fleetguard on my truck for all filters. The other vehicles I’m not as picky about.

Just my $0.02

Not really.

I try to buy Mann Filter, but I won't turn down a deal on a serviceable part.
I really dislike the green and yellow Mann packaging (my Green Bay packer fan wife on the other hand…) but it’s hard to turn down the price.

Of all my ocd, this is not one of them. I use whatever catches my eye at the time. Usually it's price-based. If I'm driving a Ford I'll get the OEM Motorcraft oil filters. They're cheap as Walmart brand.
