Not sure why the image disappeared. I'll try again...

Personally, I would get a used OEM one from a reputable online junkyard. I've done it in the past with alternators, and had no problems with them.
This. Assuming the car has no known AC problem OEM would always be the best. They have higher standard in screening than aftermarket, and less risk of having to discharge / recharge if things go wrong and free warranty.

i buy mine from local parts house with lifetime warranties. use the right amount of oil, pull a deep long vacuum and replace the filter drier. never had a repeat failure.

Personally, I've bought from LKQ used online auto parts. They actually have a " Tier" system in place. The lower the ODO, the higher the price on OEM parts., plus free shipping with warranty. Photos are included of the car, with an ODO pic. Plenty of cars come in rear ended and running. Prices are fantastic too. Junkyard's have moved online to sell their parts for quite awhile now No such thing when I was a youngin. I use to climb up a stack of 3 cars, with my tools, to get at a part. What a PITA that was. Engines and transmissions back then were a crap shoot. The best you could do was pull the stick, pick the cleanest, and hope for the best. They had no idea what the mileage was, since they just yanked it out, and stuck it on a shelf. Miss the smell of a junkyard. Loved pickin thru cars, then haggle the price down even cheaper.
