I love those customers. I would do the same, there is absolutely nothing the manager can do in this situation.

There ya go.He is on the south side of sunrise hwy just east of 135.A red and white building cant miss it.Best bet is to pass it then do a U turn.If u pass 135 you went to far turn around.

Good job on the rim.Just spray some soapy water where the dent was to make sure u now dont have a leak. Also if u ever need a flat fixed go to Tonys. He does it the rite way.Takes the tire off the rim and patches it from the inside.

Not if you use a block of wood.

For the first time ever in my experiences, I noticed the same thing on one of the Sienna's wheels yesterday after I popped off the wheel covers to deep-clean them and get some of the brake dust off the wheels.

To all respondents: thanks for the DIY advice.

Hey guys - I don't mean to hijack the post, but my wife curbed the Taurus last week and put a big dent in the steelie. It is leaking, will hammering it straight stop the leak? I was going to hit the jy tomorrow for a used rim.

May be. Worth a try.

I had a small dent on my steel wheel. It leaked quite a bit when it happened but I refilled the tire and hasn't leaked since. I took a hammer to it but you can still see a little dent.

Walmart complained that the wheel was bent when I had new tires mounted, but I don't think there is any thing really wrong with it.
I can't see any run out when I spin the wheel and observe.

Love steel wheels! You'd be replacing the wheel if you had alloys.

I would touch up the paint, though. Otherwise it's going to start rusting. It will never rust enough to even remotely think of being structurally deficient, but will look cruddy.

Post a picture. I caught a boulder off roading once and bent the lip of the steel wheel and lost pressure. Hammered it back into shape (best we could on the trail) and it has been holding air for 3 years since repair ...
