At least they are offering something for your trouble. Bike looks awesome.

Steve,
Well thanks first for getting back to me right away. After calling again and getting the message machine my lack of enthusiasm for Cannondale was set back further.
First of all Skagit Cycle is over 50 miles from my house, trying to get the box in a car, then drive down, leave it and come back home, then go pick it up round trip in ~10 days just wasn't something I could put up with. I built the bike myself. I've build e-bikes before and to be 100% honest, I founded and ran a small company selling Cyclone Taiwan mid motor e-kits and jackshaft kits for gas motors as well for 15 years. We closed down last year, retired. (sickbikeparts.com)
That said, the box was in good shape, parts all there, sans the pedals, assembly was easy. No problems. Toughest part was the dropper post by myself, always like a three handed job. The only special tool was the front disc brake hub. (Park BBY59.2 as I recall). I charged it to 95% or so and then unplugged it. Electrics seem operational.
Waiting for my pedals I ordered online, but half tempted to remove my Stumpjumper (carbon, custom build) pedals or buy some locally in Bellingham.
I have some questions.
1) How do I lock out the rear shock? Front too? Maybe I'm spoiled by my Foxx shocks. Or at least make it much firmer? The Rockshox included papers are not specific. Their site not much help.
2) There are electric cables for front and rear lights. Where do these plug in? The front runs out from the frame, makes sense it plugs into a light(?) The extra cable?
3) I looked around the Cannondale site for a very specific 2023 Moterra Neo 3 owners manual. I didn't see it.
I think that's it for questions.
Do you have fenders for this bike? That would be an awesome comp.
Thanks,
Paul"
