Bought a new to me car this week...

2008 Chrysler Town & Country van. 14,000 on it. I liked my old Dodge Van so well that I bought another with the same engine. The 3.3 I had NEVER left me afoot..no major repairs just, belts and oil changes. Traded it in with 156,000 on the clock and it was still running fine. Only sold due to low price of Cars now and a chance to upgrade. I ran Mobil 1 and will do the same in this one when it is due for it's change.
I like the Chrysler/Dodge Vans because of experiance and not reputation or opinions of others. Best car we ever had.

Sounds like a good choice. I hope Chrysler is around to help you get the most out of that one, but I doubt it....the 3.3 is a good engine - is your new one the same engine, or is it the 4.0?

The new is a 3.3 also..if Chrysler craters completely I will have a 'collector's item'!

I believe they will still be around a few more years and I do think we should buy American when we can.

I agree. I'd buy a new GM, if I could. Not as big f a fan of Chrysler, although I DO like the new Challenger!

180mph...what a car...the rich guys have it made. But I think you and I would love a Challenger more.

180 in their dreams maybe. My speedo goes to 160 but you'd never actually get it there.
