It kind of looks like an Ultra, but it is not.
Some debris in there, but not bad for the mileage.
The media looks uneven in this pic, I did not notice it when cutting it apart, I need to go check if it really is or not.
Media is a little wavy, but not bad overall.
I have the media drying out, so will post that cut apart in a day or so.
I replaced it with a Fram TG3593a and some Pento HP 5w-30.
