On the cutter today is a Carquest R85358MP. This filter is used on some Honda models, most notably the 2000s Honda Insight. If you've never seen this car, check it out. It may be one of the coolest cars of the era, technologically. I've helped my good friend work on the car a fair amount.
The filter looks well made. It has a slightly uneven media pleat at the crimp, which isn't uncommon. However, most CQ filters lately have been PGI made. I haven't seen this on other PGI filters I've cut open or seen on here. The center tube doesn't resemble current PGI construction. However, I would imagine these filters aren't very common, could be old stock.
