Bosch, Beck Arnley, Hastings, Full, Denso, NPN?

I live in Canada and the only good filters i can purchase locally are Napa Gold $9 & K&N $12.

The list in the title are filters which I can purchase online. Are any of them better or just as good compared to the Napa Gold or K&N?

Bosch is a good filter. I believe they are the same as a Purolator.

Bosch, Hastings, and Denso are all decent filters.
NAPA Gold is a notch above those, IMHO, but price would
make the selection for me. K&N is over hyped and over priced.

you can get NAPA Gold/Wix considerably cheaper from fleetfilter, check the "sponsor" sub-forum

I am a fan of the Denso filters, I have used them in Toyota products and been pleased with the results.
