alrighty: don't laugh at me for starting this thread, but have fun in it...

I will be getting out of pharmacy school next yr, and although I am fully determined to keep my trusty v8 Tbird as long as I can, i MIGHT need a new(er) car someday soon. (emphasis on "might")
Even when/if i get a new(er) car, i WILL keep the Tbird.

so, IF i decided to get a new(er) one, I already have a few in mind...but have narrowed them down to 1-2 cars I'd like to own...
Some of you guys should be familiar with my posts enough to be able to guess what type of cars I generally like...(perhaps.)

So try to guess roughly what car I have in mind IF I were to buy a new(er) car...
the guess doesn't need to be totally specific as to the model/yr etc; "XXX brand, body type, this/that series/model range" is enough...

A tip: the certain range of cars I have in mind can be bought new or slightly used (prefer used, for 2 reasons which i cannot give away as a certain member might know too much)

..so, guess away!

True, I just caught the word used in his post.

Mustang would be too flashy I imagine.....

Third Ye: you're good; Mazda6 and Legacy GT is what I would want wifey to have someday when/if she needs a new car... it's a bummer that they made both those cars uglier for the current model

but those are not for me.

the SHO again reiterates good guessing as a sleeper...
now, I don't want to emphasize "sleeper" too much, as it's VERY likely some might not see what I have in mind as a classic sleeper...it's still understated comp. to many of its class though..

Yeah i know, he never mentions what year the car is he has. I'm sure it's an older Tbird so the lightning would be newer. You can pick them up all day long with less then 30K on them. Fun, and reliable, mod worthy.

check out my username. :)

another clarification/hint:

I said the car I have in mind can be had new or used; it's true, BUT the previous (pre-2007) line up looks better to me... the current line up is not bad looking, but I prefer the looks of the previous line up.
when I finally give the answer, I will post example pics of both the current and previous versions of this particular line-up :)
