Some details from Rideapart

This thing looks pretty cool to me. I have the same powertrain in my R1200RT and it hustles that barge around 2-up with luggage in fine shape, so this should actually be a pretty decent performer. The video is pretty lame, but the bike still looks cool. Some people won't get it.

I think it looks neat. They used the front end from the S1000RR, which should bode well for handling and braking. I am surprised ythey didn't use the liquid-cooled engine from the new GS but the oil-cooled Boxer is aproven unit which should be reliable and sporty..... I quite enjoyed the R1200R I tested a few years back....

So beautiful! I love it.

Needs modern size snowflake wheels for me personally. That's the only thing I would like better.

It's a tribute to the old R90. Using liquid cooling would be wrong.

I like this. About 10 years ago, BMW built a boxer powered naked sport bike. The name eludes me, but I always liked it. This really reminds me of a modern version.

I think its well done. Like how Triumph did the Thruxton, but with what looks like better suspension, and obviously more power and displacement.

Getting weak in the knees. I had an R1200R a few years back and swore I'd have another boxer, this could be the one that would force me to thin the heard to get it.
