Blem Dekka East Penn battery

I am shopping for a blem 24F battery. Does anyone have previous experience working with Dekka blems? It carries a 1yr warranty and costs about $90. The factory store is only an hour away.

Have you checked which brand your Everstart batteries are at the local walmart. In many states they are in fact East Penn. You can tell because the serial number starts with EP. A 24F with one year warranty is $69. 2 year and 3 year warranty batteries available for more money.

Virginia I know is East Penn. Where I live in SC they are Johnson Controls (Clarios now).

The batteries at Rural King are made by Deka, and I think the one-year 24F is still less than $90.

Buyer beware...the 24F batteries stocked at Rural King in western VA were made by Exide when I checked in November '23. They were priced at $55 for the basic 12 mos. replacement / 60 mos. pro-rated warranty version.
