Just wanted to let you know that you can now see your reports online. Go to www.blackstone-labs.net and register. Then all your reports, current and past, are at your fingertips. We'll be sending out a newsletter with this info very soon too.

Nice, but I guess you still have some bugs to work out. When I click on one of my reports, it shows up as a blank pdf page. And then when I clicked on "View Payments", it took me to someone else's account.

I love Blackstone. When I ordered the prepaid kits (6) they sent the wrong address on the label (they had it switched with another customer). Also the containers did not have the attached postage.

One phone call and they very promptly corrected the problem. Great organization.

I just had the same experience that Quattro Pete did. It took me to different user accounts when I clicked on the view payment page. Might want to check into that ASAP.

That is kinda serious... I agree they ought to protect their customers' info such as name/address/payment methods etc... Dont want your visa card # out there on the web for everyone to see.

No. You would have to be logged in to that user's account in order to be able to open a link to his report. Besides, there is name and address information on each of those reports - something most users would not want to share on a public forum anyway.
