Blackstone Labs Turnaround Time?

For me it was always been around 2 weeks. And indiana is right behind the river.

Anything on the website? You can usually see the "entry" on the website with no information and then later that day or the next the full report is there. I am assuming that you set up an account online?

No, I can't setup an account until they give me a customer number. It's supposed to be printed on the first lab results.

I would call them and see if there is a problem. If nothing else, they should be able to give you your customer number so that you can set up an account.

I used to send mine in the provided bottle. I didn't think it would make any difference but last time I tried putting the bottle into a USPS flat rate box. I could not believe how fast I got my report.
I think, as someone else said, when you ship in the provided bottle the USPS figures out it's liquid and holds it back for some kind of further analysis. I'll be shipping in a different box from now on.
