I think, as someone else said, when you ship in the provided bottle the USPS figures out it's liquid and holds it back for some kind of further analysis. I'll be shipping in a different box from now on.
I had the really dumb lady at our local post office. I demonstrated to her what was in there, and how it was packed (in the Blackstone packaging) and she didn't flinch. Paid the money and she tossed it in with the other packages.
