I have two black painted fuel tanks on each side and the flat bed of my truck is all painted black. Is there something I can spray on the fuel tanks that cleans and shines at the same time? Something like those sprays for tires that you spray and forget about.

If they're painted or powdercoated you could use a spray wax on them for a quick and easy cleanup. I wouldn't recommend a tire dressing or some kind of shiny spray stuff; it'll just attract dirt and make a mess.

A product like Meguiars Quik Wax or Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry would work well and be easy to use.

Use Mothers Back to Black. Sometimes Wal*Mart has it. Works great.

if you're looking to clean and shine, try s100 or kit bike cleaner. s100 can be found at many harley dealers and kit can be found at advance auto.

Try used motor oil - that's what the rat-rod guys use on their primer black cars.

I use it on the hood on my truck, which is flat black. Works awesome, and it's free!

I use a product called Silkolene Pro Prep on black painted motorcycle engines. Works great. S100 also makes a similar product which I have not tried since I can't find it in my area.
