BITOG logs me off

Just happened to me again too. My username + password were saved in Chrome, but the "remember me" was unchecked for some reason. I had just been on the site earlier this morning without having to log in.

I intentionally log out when I'm done, to save my place everywhere. Considering I log in from a couple different locations, I have no problem logging in. Heck, I even bookmark the login page. It doesn't get much easier than that.

Why do I keep needing to log in every couple of days? I don't have this problem with any of the other sites I go on.

Yep, there was another thread about this earlier in the month that sort of fizzled out. I don't think anyone ever pinpointed the cause, but it's possibly due to cookies expiring too quickly. Everyone who reported the problem was across many different browsers and platforms.

Your computer must accept third party cookies. Your settings may not be set correctly.

Then afterwards, clear your system of temporary files, clean cache....etc.

There was a new set of social media icons for a few days. Looks like the site required you to allow any cookies not just third party.

That set of icons has now gone and it's easier to log in.

Well it's only affecting BITOG, and I go on approx. 100 sites every two days.

Problem exists here!

Yes it is back for me as well, and only on BITOG. Often logs me off when just changing forums.

Very annoying!
