BG44k/MOA application

Can someone please provide information on how/when to apply these? Should the 44k be applied on a tank that's near empty? Is it recommended that the tank of gas with the 44k be consumed as quickly as possible. As for the MOA, should that be applied after an oil change?

Put the 44K in when you get down to about a 1/4 tank, then fill it up. You can use the MOA anytime you want but I believe they recommend putting it in at the oil change.

I would just drive my normal routine concerning the tank of fuel.
