Best value 12-14.4 volt cordless drill

I am looking for a medium to medium/heavy duty drill in the above volt range. So far I am leaning toward a Dewalt or a Rigid with its claimed 20 min. quick charger. Any preferences on one brand or another? Thanks.

Never used the Rigid, but I've been pleased with my 3 speed 14.4v dewalt. I've had it for about 4 years now and have beaten the #@$%! out of it.. I had to replace the original plastic wrapped chuck with the later all metal one and I also had to replace the speed control after a 25ft drop. so if you get one with the all metal chuck and don't drop it from 25ft, you're golden.
