I see that all your cars are older than 10 years so this....
...every car especially as it gets 10+ years old, should be hoisted once a year to be inspected for any degradation of parts (anything rubber in particular) due to age.
Penny wise is the best advice....stretching an OC in this case is especially pound foolish...
Why would I pay a dealer $60 fo ran oil change?
BTW, my cars are all old, but are rust free, and in perfect mechanical condition.
$60 at a dealer might be a good price if the oil filter is extra expensive, or the oil at the dealer is special.
However, I doubt the dealer oil has anything special, and the cost of the extra expensive filter isn't bad when using the "Buy 5qt get a filter" sale.
