I suspect he was merely joking about beating up on motorcycles, but probably can beat up on quite a few of them (he didn't say all motorcycles).

No he is not joking. With a true 1200whp, even 1200cc bikes bite the dust on the highway. Just to some search on youtube and see TT vipers and Supras in the +1000whp killing big bikes
