Best Electrical Contact Cleaner

If you look at the respective SDS', you'll see these contact cleaners are all the same. Just make sure it says somewhere that it's safe for plastic. Most are some type of halocarbon. The red CRC can however is a naphtha-based cleaner, as I'm sure all the good folks at BITOG know is a hydrocarbon.

Deoxit all the way. As previously stated: less is more. It really doesn't take much, and the spray is so thin it can be hard to judge the amount being applied.

As an auto technician, I've found Deoxit application to cure many a "phantom" electrical issue. APP issues, MAF codes, I've even used it to clean and improve main body harness connectors compromised by water intrusion. While it isn't a "cure all" product, it's proven to be invaluable in a pinch.
Perhaps taking apart and reconnecting the terminals is the "cure" ?

When I worked in fresh fruit and veggie food production with water every where we used Misty contact cleaner in the purple can. Just used up the last I had and it's hard to find, bought a case several years ago. But great to use on live powered equipment nd no harm to plastics'. Fast evaporating and drying out of circuits.
