Best cheese for burgers

I like GOOD food!!

I'm been thinking about making the core of a burger filled with Cheese. I am tempted to try a Brie Cheeseburger or a Muenster Cheeseburger.

I love Blue Cheese myself, I love cheese period(I've had a Feta Burger before and its to DIE FOR!)

+1 for the Gouda. I like Boars Head Gouda on burgers. Also the Boars Head Cream Havarti isn't bad either.

The rule of thumb in food engineering is that if it tastes like $hit, add bacon, cheese and sugar to make it a passable food.
