^Yeah you could apply this thought process to SO many things that are shown by the media as patterns or percentages or even survey results. So much of it is just complete BS that's been rearranged to fit a narrative. And I should add I'm in no way a conspiracy theorist, or a even a media hater. I just really think it's often done purely to get attention ie eyeballs rather than some bias. People always seem to think the media is biased one way or another, but I truly believe any bias is 100% motivated by the need to make a living. Thus rearranging or sensationalizing things or leaving things out just to get more people reading or (more likely these days) 'watching' is par for the course. What the athorities do is blame every death on "climate" whenever possible even though its a great strech. Think of a 68 year old with advanced cardiovascular issues, severe diabetes, advanced COPD, etc., and has been on supplemental oxyagen for years, happens to die during a hot day. The fact the guy was about to go anyway (or overdue) for any number of health issues his death would be blamed on "the heat".
