Beck/Arnley is an old-school foreign parts brand that's been around a long time. I occasionally bought their parts for my '73 Capri back in the 1980s. I doubt if they make anything, but rather, simply slap their name on sourced parts. Perhaps others can provide info on who makes their oil filters. As always, comparing their base plates to known brands (Purolator, Fram, Champion, Wix, etc.) might answer your question, although it's possible they may source to Euro suppliers such as Mahle or Mann.
