BCS tiller engine info needed

A friend has a BCS tiller, wheel driven with a single cyl, electric start engine.
Made in Italy.

It'd running a bit rough and I want to give it a tune up (new points if it has them) but I can find no information as to who manufactured the engine, or what model it is.
Can anyone help?

Maybe the points are under the flywheel, that can be fun to get off.

That's interesting, all the the BCS tractors I've seen have Honda engines.

It seems the engine is an ACME
(I thought that company only existed in Roadrunner cartoons?)

It seems quite crude!
