My Mastiff nibbled on the top edge of one of my boat batteries in my garage that was on a BatteryMinder. There are teeth marks in the case. I do not think they are through but a little hard to tell. What glue can repair the case if it's through.

I'd wipe teeth marks with rubbing alcohol or denatured alcohol, then Use some folded 100 grit new sandpaper to scratch inside teeth marks, and then cover the teeth marks with something like 'Amazing goop'

if they are through you need a new battery.

if they are almost through.. you need a new battery.

if they are halfway through.... some epoxy. Putty or 2 part your choice.

If the battery is old, I might spent the $8 toward a new one.

+1
if it does maybe a plastic welder gun used for bodywork?
forget all glues.NONE will stick to polyproplene.
i got a brand new mk agm d31 that was on the scrap pallet with a small hole in the top.got it for a bad one even swap.
i used high temp red hot glue.its still holding after 7 years.high temp hot glue=molten plastic.

3M 4693 or 8005 are your best choices. Most box store stuff will specifically say that the use on pp and pe is dubious...

The jb plastic bonder claims to adhere to polypropylene, but i have not used it. I agree its tough for anything to bond. If its not leaking, i'd just redneck it with some duct tape.
