Baldwin B2 HPG is BX=2 @ 6mic BX=75 @ 22mic 395 sq. in
B34 BX=2 @12mic bx=75 @ 30mic
They seem like very solid filters to me. Their filter media specs vary widely. 98.7% efficiency at 22 mic on some filters others will be at 30 mic, some at 40 mic.
I think it just depends on what the engine manufacturer had in mind.
