Not something I'd do but have to give credit to the application, I walked around it and there wasn't a wrinkle, bubble, or bad edge anywhere. Amazing getting the wrap into that seam between the fender and bumper cover perfectly. Owned by the people who have the fancy nail place inside the front of the local Wallyworld. Any idea what this would cost to have done?

What type of wax or sealer do they use on these wrapped vehicles? I see some really nice one's out here. Plumbers, electricians, and building contractors all seem to have their expensive trucks wrapped.

Does anyone know how long that stuff holds up exposed to weather? I'm guessing like everything else, it will last longer in California, than it will in Buffalo, New York.

The paint would hold up better in Buffalo vs Southern California or Florida if never exposed to salt. The hot sun fades vehicles faster vs up north.

Used to buy full wrap decals in large quantities for a large fleet.
Lower end was 5 -7 years before they started to fade.
3M was out to 10 years.

I explored using a dimpled decal to improve on aero, must have watched too much Mythbusters .
Decal manufacturers thought that idea was a bridge too far.

Nothing to do with wraps, but I remember years ago when Jeff Gordon was sponsored by DuPont, he had a Cup Car that was painted with some type of trick new DuPont automotive paint that would, "change color".... Or at least appear to depending on how the track lights hit it during the night races.

Soon after I never saw or heard anything about it. Was it a flash in the pan type of product, or was it discontinued?
