Avoid being detected surfing the internet at work

I thought I'd bring this thread back from the great beyond after reading what might be a handy article for those of you who use LogMeIn:

I do not use LogMeIn, but I do use DropBox on three systems spanning between the house and my wife's workplace - It works *very* well, except that you require administrator privileges to install, and at my wife's school she does not... Luckily, one of the employees there posted up a .zip file of a "portable" versions or the program (the executable file and the .dll's) on their support forum.
