No clue if everywhere that has it or just local. My "nearby stores" are 45 miles away. That's not so nearby for me.

61 miles away to the closest in stock store but that is a bargain. Funny story is the previous API of this Mobil 1 was rated at 15,000 miles then newest version went down to 10,000 miles.

Oil clearances are not what they once were.
My old BMW loved this oil, but I have nothing now to use it in, except maybe the OPEs.
Just as well, as their site now shows the clearance price along with "unavailable".

Good stuff for OPE, still got a bunch of 5 qt jugs from that Walmart pricing error extravaganza several years ago at this point, I use it in my lawn mowers, and to top up my mom's oil burner and in the car during the late spring to early fall months.

None near me, unfortunately. I just bought a jug of this at Walmart to use in the hydrostatic drive of my walk-behind.
I was looking at it for Hydrostatic K46 in my JD LTR166 https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/tuff-torq-k46-fluid-change.405999/post-7618908

I opted for the more Hydrostatic transmission version from HPL instead. They have 5W-50 and 20W-50 options. I couldn't find on website but called and no issues. I'm waiting on the 5W-50 to arrive before I re-assemble it.

I waste time looking in AZ’s when I have time to waste - but it’s always gone. Even had a store manager tell me he bought all the
0W-20 on clearance - plus another 15% employee discount …
Lots of BiL’s getting tipped off …

The 5w-50 may not be as shear resistant as a 15w or 20w. I believe that's why they recommend those grades instead for hydro transaxle.

EDIT: I had no idea Tuff Torq recommended 5w-50 so frequently. With a few hundred hours of use it should be great.

I ordered the 20W-50 first from HPL. Then I was reading my own posts of previous changes and what I noticed. Could it have been just the oil or how much I extracted, definitely. The 20W Supertech right now is a huge improvement from the TT 5W-50 because it at least moves nicely. My prior experience was the 5W-50 was better but that was probably just to new oil.

I'm looking at it now as the SuperTech 20w will be a less than 1 hour of use to get it warm, flush oil version and I'm ok with that. If the HPL 5W-50 doesn't work great well than that will be probably many more hours of use flush unless it totally sucks.

That's probably what I'll do next. I already bought a bucket of PCEO from them. I went with the cheaper Mobil 1 for the mower. It only sees about twenty-five hours a year.

I was traveling yesterday and there was an AZ that had the 15-50. Scored 4 qts, it was SN tho but lawn mower wont care.
