Australia 5 users? Hmmm well Ron Stasinowski in Melbourne imported 8 cases @ 24 bottles each and sold the lot to multiple users from his forklift/vehicle service business. I'm not sure who gave you these figures but you better ask for your money back, as you've been well and truly had!

Those #'s probably represent how many addresses the product was shipped to. From there I'm sure people split orders, or sold product off. So the #'s are probably accurate for mailing addresses but actual people who used the product is a bit higher. JMO

I just posted it, don't shoot the messenger... Thanks for posting this Sprintman.

It shouldn't matter anyway. Making decisions based on popularity is just silly. If the only thing that mattered was what everyone else did or thought, the world would still be flat.

I agree I was just trying to bring light to the fact that ARX isn't as big as they seem to make out to be. But according to Sprintman who is a distributor of the product (or at least I think he is, don't quote me on that) pointed out that it is inaccurate.

That is all...

Slight oversight?

Anyone who bought it and complained/wanted their money back was told their name wasn't in ARX data base so they didn't buy any.

The poor guy in Canada who got some from someone else was told he could have fake product even though the top still had the foil on it.I wonder If these were the numbers reported to the IRS?

The fake product notion aside ..this is simple common sense. If he bought from someone who sold it at a profit (or bought at a discount), why would the producer/supplier refund a higher purchase price? They need to go back to the point of sale vendor and he/she needs to seek the refund at the discounted price and THEY make up the difference. They have the only proof of purchase. What do you expect, WM like idiocy?

Nothing to with money,IIRC the guy was going to test the product and Frank claimed that the test would be invalid because the product could be fake.

If Frank can't guarantee what product the guy got, then Frank has every right to warn the person.

It seems the Philippines has 5 ARX Users, of course one of those users could be a Distributor who is selling product to other individuals.
