Auto-RX or LC20 available locally?

Just like the title says, are either of these products available locally, or are both mail-order only? I'm in the San Bernardino area of (southern) California.

Auto-Rx is mail order only, 99% sure the same for LC20

It would be nice to be able to buy local if needed on short notice. I wonder if Frank will ever go retail? At least part of the total sales.
