Good Afternoon Folks

This filter was off the big boss’
2023 Ford F-150 4WD truck with 3.5 v-6. Had 13,000 miles on filter. Last oil change I did was at 7,000 miles in December

No oil used at all. Out was Safety Kleen Synthetic 5w30 DEX 1 Gen 3 and this filter. In was same filter made January 18, 2022


Filter looks ok aside from waves in media.

Yes, I wish filters never went to louvers. Just my 2 cents.

No doubt a Wix made AE jobber filter. Other Mexico coo AE posted also Wix. Yeah, some harmless wave on jobber filter at 13k miles, not much to complain about. Looks like it got the job done.

It worked, but IMO a better filter couldn't be that much more money. I'm coming up on OCI time on the Transit in my sig, I'll cut the jobber Service Pro synthetic filter & post it (it should have the same 3.5 V6 the F-150 uses, similar 7500 mile OCI). Some of these jobber specials aren't very special at all!
