ATF and Diff fluids for '06-'07 Subaru Legacy

What does Subaru recommend for the diff and 4-spd Auto in the '06-'07 Legacy?

Does Subaru use DexIII ATF or their own propeitary blend?

What have yall used in Subaru's?

For the differentials (front in automatics, and rear in manual or automatics), I use Specialty Formulations HDS-5 in 75-90 weight. Seems to do great!
