I added AT-205 Re-Seal to stop a rear seal leak on a '87 Toyota pickup truck. It worked! But when doing my next oil change, do I have to add it again?

Hmmm, good question! I think that you might have to add it again, maybe in a lesser quantity as some may still be in the engine as not all the oil gets drained out.

I do believe your success is temporary with your 37 year old seal. I would add it again to buy you some more time.

What does the bottle say? Any info on the company product page at their website?

If it's a seal sweller, I wouldn't add it again, and even drop the oil as soon as the leak stops.

seal swellers end up weakening the seals, so chances of them tearing up or blowing out/folding over on themselves are increased with prolonged use.

Add more only when the leak returns, you're also weakening all the other seals btw...
