Are you noticing your aging

Turned 83 Feb 25th. I did my MAZDA oil and filter change yesterday. Shoulders sore from reaching drain plug but, nothing serious. Ed
Amazing.....im 20 years younger and almost dead....its not the age its the mileage....ive got some hard miles under me....

I'm big into lifting and even at 43 I find I've had to do a lot of work on my programming as recovery seems to be the biggest issue now. In my 20's it was easy to go 5-6 days per week and maybe take just a day off between hitting the same muscle groups and now I can do 5 day per week but the days have to be planned more where I make sure I'm not coming back to a muscle group for at least 2 days. A Monday upper, Tuedsay lower, Wednesday rest, Thursday push, Friday pull, Saturday legs, and Sunday rest works best for me now.

Another 67 here. But in good shape, Gym, Yoga has kept me nimble. Eyes, titinus. Probably doing my last exterior painting on the house, still able to do most house maintenance and changing oil etc

At 73 things certainly aren't what they used to be, but hey, I'm still breathing. No one would listen to my complaints anyway. Mother is 100 and she says I am just a youngster.

Nope but that’s because I’m 18 right now. Will be 19 on the 23rd of this month. Still awhile before I will notice I’m sure. Even though sometimes after a long day my legs kill me probably from lugging around those steel toe boots all day and being on a concrete floor. I use knee pads to save my knees yes I get laughed at but I don’t care. My automotive teacher always urged us to use knee pads and I followed his advice so hopefully I won’t have knee problems later in life.
BD is 2 days before mine. Several years separate us.

Went to the auto hobby shop today to use a lift and do some routine maintenance. It is fun to hang around with a bunch of young mechanics. It rejuvenates you. One thing that has improved as I age is I can belch with way more authority than when I was young. I roar like a lion! :D

Many years ago I worked with a very good Scottish mechanic in a tune-up and oil-change shop.

Following audible flatulence he would say "Horn works! Try the headlights". The humour was enhanced by his fine accent.

64 and feel just about ready for my box, absolutely no energy at all
Have a heart check up. May be a low output. Mine is an electrical problem. Doctor slowed down the heart a bit with some meds low doses. It’s interesting the heart does not get stronger with exercise like a lot of people think. I thought it, but was wrong. Of course it can be many other things causing low energy.
