Are qt. gear oil and qt. oil bottle tops= threads?

Are quart oil bottles and quart gear oil bottles the same thread size? I need a hand pump but can't seem to find find if the pump will fit both? Thanks!

No I ended up getting a marine one for the gear oil bottles at West Marine.

Obviously, a gear oil top doesn't fit M1 or Castrol, but it fits great on the other bottles.

Maybe, but it is definitely much more messy than the pumps.

I have found that Quart and Gallon bottles of Valvoline gear oil are not the same. I don't know about other manufacturers bottles, unfortunately.

What part of the car are you trying to fill?

I've yet to find a part that can't be filled with a few feet of clear hose, the car on the ground and me standing.
