Apple cider and or apple butter

Hello and does anyone here make apple cider and or apple butter. Plan to go to a festival next weekend where they are making apple cider. As kids we always made a lot of apple butter and wish grandparents still did this. Any of you folks do this?

no, but after we went apple picking upstate NY a few weeks ago, we made apple pies and apple sauce.

Yeah I couldnt tell you the last time I had a piece of apple pie. Maybe the g.f. and I will make one some day this week.

I did some apple butter once. Turned out so-so. Still, anything like that is good.
