Anything better than a CX5 out there, yet?

Obviously we all have our own experiences. In our last house, we bought all new appliances when we moved in: Kenmore stove and Samsung fridge, washer, and dryer. In 5 years time, only the Kenmore needed repairs.
Yep, where I had 6 Kenmore Elite appliances go 14 years and decided to replace fridge before it broke …
All others still work (one gasket on dishwasher that’s it) …

Or to replace what's in my garage. Seems that's not likely though, based on what I'm hearing. It could also be the thread where we talk about old BMW's and how cheap they can be bought, or whatever, apparently.
Of course there is nothing better. See you in a month with similar subject where you need discussion to tell yourself how good your vehicle is.

and I can count on you to barge in with zero to contribute. Not even a picture of your beater.

I agree 100%. The issue becomes maintenance. They are not very reliable, per most people I know who own similar, or my friend the service advisor

Why would I post photo of my beater? Best vehicle in the world and I don’t need bunch of strangers to tell me what I already know :).
of course I contributed. I made you convince yourself that CX5 is best vehicle, and now for next month or so you can sleep better.

Let's be honest, this thread isn't contributing much more than zero...not sure if you're trying to convince yourself or us how great your soccer mom mobile is.
You drive a JGC...

That said, noone has any ideas about anything better it seems, so yes, it turned into a zero sum, but I do plan to check out the M40i a bit more in depth if one pops up. Asked my friend to be on the lookout.

I don't randomly litter posts throughout the site about how great it is or start random threads about it. I'm happy with it and don't need to convince anyone else.
Cool story. Go enjoy it. At least I hope you got the V8 like I did?

Look, if you don't have any suggestion as to a vehicle that better meets my qualifications, cool. You're ignorant, or I have the best one. Take your pick, eh?

All SUV’s in reality are wannabe soccer moms.
I don't really see how that works. There is nowhere near enough room in a smaller SUV for kids. Lots of people on the CX5 forum selling them for that specific reason. No rear-facing car seat fits, they claim. I have an SUV for when I have to haul a bunch of kit, or my dog, and no truck returns the mpg I get, so it made the choice easy. I bought an SUV after having to pick someone up from the airport 2 hours from a class and they had to hold their 4 rifle case "in their lap" and recline the seat in my 370Z for a 2 hour drive. It was pretty terrible, lol! Decided I needed a bigger vehicle. That led to the JGC with HEMI/QD2, but it always let me down mechanically, led to the 2015 CX5, but it let me down every time I drove it, led to my 2019 turbo CX5, have yet to find something better, but the RAV4 Prime is on my radar if we ever get any around here.
