My recently purchased Titan has 33x12.5R20 tires on it. The previous owner did some tasteful mods but cheaped out on the tires, they are "Predator New Mutant". They are pretty noisy and also have a bit of vibration at highway speed.

I might try to have discount balance them for me and get at least some usage out of them but was wondering if anyone runs a tire this large that is relatively quiet?

Here's a link with what Discount shows online: TIRES

Mostly urban driving with occasional camping and off roading very occasionally.
Not sure why you need tires like this? I know bunch of people who do serious off roading using Michelin Defender in LT version. Find size that has tires like Defender, Continental TerraiContact etc. With hardcore off road tires you are not only giving up quietness, but mostly wet performance.
I plan to do with Sequoia Ophir Pass, Imogen Pass etc here in CO, and will get Michelin Defender in LT category.
They don’t look badass but guess what, they do more work on and off road.

So-basically you don't need A/T tires at all-but want the "look". My next tires on my Silverado will either be the Continental all terrain or HT tires. The HT tires get incredibly high marks all around-including snow-which of course you wouldn't be concerned with.

In testing as far as I know Continental H/T are not that good on snow. IMO, Continental went all out for wet performance. Usually compound like that has weaknesses in ice, hard packed snow.
Also, looking LT version, they are 7lbs heavier than Defender and in P version around 3 lbs.

No not really. I'm finding in that size tire, your options are a bit more limited.

I am not looking for an a/t tire, but the size on the truck; most tires seem to be a/t or m/t's. I'm happy to look at HT's, perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.

On a previous 18 Pro-4X I switched from the OEM Grabbers to the Bridgestone Dueler Revo 3’s in the stock 275/70R18 size. One of the lightest LT and S speed rated tires at @50 lbs/tire. Excellent tires and at a very good deal at $225/tire presently, shipped and sold by AMZN. Note however, the revo 3’s have recently been superseded by the Ascents which are @3 lbs heavier. The Firestone (also manufactured by Bridgestone) Destination X/T is also a great tire on paper with the same ratings and at @50 lbs/tire. The Ascent is @$320 and the Firestone’s @ $305. All three tires are manufactured in Canada.

REVO3 is discontinued. They are on sale. Really good price!

I always used to run Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs on my trucks/4runner and they were fairly noisy. I recently put Cooper AT3 XLT’s on my truck stock size is 285/60/20 and I went with 295/60/20. They are incredibly quiet and have performed well in all conditions; including snow/ice. I vote the AT3 XLT’s for both looks and performance while remaining quiet which was important to me.

Thank you I'll look into the sizes they offer but that sounds perfect!

Is there a close equivalent to the 33x12.5R20? Perhaps that could open up some options for me.

295/55r20
I have a set of studded Nitto EXOs on 20x10” wheels.
The tread face matches up with 35/12.50r20.
275/60r20 are also 33s

If you don’t mind a little taller, 285/60/20, 295/60/20 or the standard on F350s and 3500s 275/65/20.
