I work at an automotive Radiator and AC shop. We don't get a break on oil prices, I pay the same as anybody else would if they walked into the store and bought oil.

We do ocasionally change a customers oil. If we supply the oil we adjust the price accordingly..........We do have a 1 customer that brings his oil and filter. My boss charges him $20 to change his oil which includes me prefilling his filter

Quick Lube is all about volume and upsell of other maintenance items. Flushes are big money over time as are brakes, alignments and tires. If you can do these things in addition to generic diagnostics/emissions a guy with a single bay can make a decent living wage. Figure you can get a 55 gallon drum of 5W30 SM for $402 and filters will run you just under $2 a piece. If you don't have volume in that business and are effective at the upsell you are D E A D, and someone will find your hard drive and mock your business plan LOL.

Maybe ask around any local Walmarts that don't have a tire-lube garage set up and ask if you can put one together for them? You get all the Walmart shoppers as instant customers. I have no idea what kind of franchise fees might be involved.

Alternately, set up a tire-lube shop across the street from garageless Walmarts... almost as good. The real estate will probably be pricey though.
