I got a premium tune on my car, so it doesn't matter if it's 91 or 93 only, but I'll be mainly a few miles South of the Lexington city limit for the next several months and possibly beyond, and I'd kill for some ethanol free gas around there. No aversion to driving a few extra miles for it.

Pure gas is kind of [censored], and very useless without a map with pins or a more useful interface.

I only see one in lexington so not sure you need a map with pins. Try the phone app.
Dixon's Service - UNBRANDED
220 Southland Dr, Lexington KY
859-277-0013
Ethanol-free octane ratings: 90
GPS coordinates: N 38.01326 W 84.52073 (located from address)

Still in operation but closed on Sunday's. Farthest pump from the door.

Did this thread really just happen?

OP came in here, asking a very specific question about a very specific location. Why? I dunno why... maybe one of the 99 registered users on BITOG at this very moment were also from Lexington and also looking for ethanol-free fuel?

In helpful fashion, the first response is to pure-gas.org, the de facto standard in locating ethanol-free fuel on the Internet.

OP replies that pure-gas is [censored] and useless without a map. I guess still holding out hope that someone from Lexington is around and will come to his rescue, providing a link to the location on Google Maps or something.

Next reply comes from A USER IN ARIZONA who explicitly finds and posts the location of an ethanol-free station, address, GPS coordinates, and pump location included.

I'll toss in my tip and provide a helpful Google link: http://bfy.tw/1SUr

And I gave you the reason the post wasn't useful. Pure-gas is an awful website, it's about as outdated as a horse-drawn carriage, and the structure is useless. No reason to be rude about it.

Some folks just like to have their hand held for almost everything.

And some folks are just consistently negative and derogatory of others.

If you go to the site, click on "map" it literally brings up a map with pins.

Ethanol free gas doesn't exist. Some stations will tell the lemmings they have it, but it's not what they're really pumping.

Ethanol raises octane. Hello?

Go to the track and get race gas.

Exactly! The pure gas website gives an address, right? So, plug that into Google maps, or whatever... My goodness, if you have to take that extra step, the website is totally useless? How did anyone survive before GPS??

Don't know what's so difficult about it. Open KY page. Look for towns/cities close to where you are. Done. Be nice if it was easier to use when planning out a trip. It certainly isn't the most refined but they also don't have ads everywhere. They also have apps, but I haven't tried them.

Perhaps you can use your money to create a top notch experience and we can all benefit.

If you click on the map icon it takes you right to google maps. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to use.
