I sent off my sample 7 weeks ago. I called them 3 days ago and come to find out they typed my debit card info incorrectly. Fixed that and said it would be done by that evening. He said for sure it would be. Its still not done!! What gives? Anyone else have issues with them?

They will get it right. I would push to see if I could get a freebie next time

No problems, my CC on record expired; they did the test, sent the results and then also e-mailed me saying, hey give us a call with a new CC #.
Use Polaris, you will not be disappointed and will get TBN, oxidation and nitration.
4 UOA's from BStone, not a single problem...

Things happen. I bought a TV tuner card on Ebay from a seller 30 minutes away in St Charles, Mo last weekend. Right now Priority mail shows it is in City of Industry, CA. I was thinking they might of had too good of a holiday weekend.
Things getting messed up is a part of life. I expect it, so when it happens it is not a big deal. I did use Blackstone with no problems.
Well they have my oil anaylsis and my info but this waiting game is getting ridiculous
Things happen. I bought a TV tuner card on Ebay from a seller 30 minutes away in St Charles, Mo last weekend. Right now Priority mail shows it is in City of Industry, CA. I was thinking they might of had too good of a holiday weekend.
+1 more Polaris. You get those extra tests and its like $10 less if you get the TBN from both. The very first sample I ever sent in was to Blackstone and I don't even remember how many weeks it took. I finally called and they said their analysing machine had been broke or something. Polaris will typically take 4 business days from the day I send it out till the day I get the results. I sent two out together last Friday and I got the one back yesterday but I'm still waiting on the other. A little frustrating but I'll probably get it early Monday morning.
