All modern automotive car windows are already about 75%. Federal law requires them to be above 70%.

Computer cut just saves time for large shops and really doesn't offer any real advantage to the end customer. It's just marketing to make people think it's important. Large shops use the machine because it can save about 10 minutes per car and the machine acts as another employee.
What's better? A computer cut template designed by someone and forcing the installer to the whims of the template or a handcut piece of film custom fit for that car and to the installers liking?
