Just curious as I gotta do another brake job this weekend in my friends 2000 Corolla and might give them a try. I'm trying to decide between ATE, Raybestos PG, & Wagner Thermo Quiet. (All are ceramic.)
I've used the other 2 with good success, just wondering if anyone has experience with them ?

They are a susidiary of Continental Tire AG.

They supply alot of parts to VW and BMW.

Everything from economy pads for an entry level Golf to ulra-premium pads for 7-Series sedans.

I used them about 15 years ago on a 1987 BMW 528e. Worked fine.

Nothing great.

Don't have any experience with them.

The only Wagner ThermoQuiets that are ceramic are the new ones that have a part number beginning with QC.

I've used many brands of Ceramic(Satisfied, Bendix, Raybestos, Centric, Akebono) and really like all the ones that I have used. Now, Im buying by price because of my experience, they have all worked well in my applications(quiet, low dusting & good braking). Try this method!

I've used the ATE One pads w/ATE Premium(eliptically slotted) rotors on the rear on my Volvo. They did offer good stopping power but the pads did generate a lot of dust. The pad compound for my car must be very aggressive because they wore the rotors down to min. thickness within 45k miles.

These are the ones I have in the Camry.

Have you thought about the Duralast C-Max? Very good pad and the warranty cant be beat. Also very good price

I have the ATE rotors and pads (front only) on my Matrix. They took a while to bed in. NO noise and VERY little dust. ATE makes the rear rotors for my car but not the pads...hmmm.
