ANyone ever installed an oil pressure gauge on a Toyota?

I would like to mount an auxiliary oil pressure gauge. I knew that there are cheap kits available, but I would like some advice about where to look for likely ports into the oil system.

you do not say what model/engine toyota you have. on the old 22re trucks, there was a hookup for the idiot light on the dash on the side of the block. find out where the dash idiot light is hooked up on your engine and tap into it there. you may need a few fittings to get both your gauge and the idiot light to work at the same time. its easier to do that than to pul the cluster to disable the light.
