Gen 1 mdx, 100k. Used a quart every 5,000 which was very good
1997 Subaru 2.2. Usage was inconsistent, but 1 qt every 3,000 was pretty normal, on mobil1 synthetic.
Jeep 4.0 with 250k on it, used a quart every 500 miles. After doing some work on it, used a quart every 1,00.
Stepdaughters mid ‘00 Suzuki vitara, over 100k, dipstick was dry every time I saw it, about once a quarter. She ran it dry a couple of times, but if it had oil in it, it was Swiss-watch smooth. That was an incredibly durable motor and transmission. She received $1k on trade, and I have several times thought it would have been better to have bought it from her. It was a great car in so many ways.
1973 VW bus. Dude. It needed half a quart every time I drove it. But it was shot, 24 mph was its effective top speed.
