not offering health advice here.
Recently was looking into lowering blood pressure, increasing blood circulation and these two items popped up on Google.
Many other health claims.
Read that many Japanese men consume natural enzyme natto from fermented soy beans and they have reduced blood pressure, less chance of heart attacks, better blood circulation.
Wondering who here takes these supps or eats fermented soya beans and what the results were.

I've been taking Nattokinase for a few years now. I can't say one way or another if it works. In fact I just ran out of it yesterday, I'm on the fence about reordering it. All I can say is in the last 18 months my blood work has been coming back perfect. Prior to that cholesterol was a little high.

I was reading that if you take 500 mgs of the Nattokinase, it can reduce heart plaque by 36% over time .
Google what dosage amount needed.
Im going to buy a bottle of that Natto plus a bottle of Serraptase .
Says combined it helps with blood flow, gut biodome , arthritic issues, inflamation, improved cognitive because better blood flow to the brain.
Very interested in trying it out.
